Leonia is 7-2 against Palisades Park since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Leonia Lions challenge the Palisades Park Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Leonia is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Leonia came up short against Hawthorne and fell 52-40. That's two games in a row now that the Lions have lost by exactly 12 points.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 56 points the game before, Palisades Park was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They took a hard 37-23 fall against College Achieve Paterson. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Palisades Park now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Leonia, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Leonia strolled past Palisades Park in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 51-32. Will Leonia repeat their success, or does Palisades Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
