Volleyball Recap: KIPP Esperanza Comes Up Short

KIPP Esperanza was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-6, 25-12.

KIPP Esperanza's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Coming up, KIPP Esperanza will venture away from home to face off against San Francisco Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, they are taking a road trip to challenge Waldorf at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
