Softball Preview: University/Classical Magnet Hawks vs. Parish Hill Pirates
The University/Classical Magnet Hawks will head out on the road to challenge the Parish Hill Pirates at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
While Hawks fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Wednesday's season opener. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Parish Hill 16-14.
For Parish Hill's part, they got a massive performance out of Molly Wilson, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with a home run, four runs, and two RBI. Zuzanna Zegarzewski was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
