Baseball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mountain View can now relate to. They came up short against the Hamilton Huskies on Tuesday, falling 11-4. The Toros were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 8-7.

Mountain View saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lincoln Arrington, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run. Another was Ryan Person, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Mountain View and nudges their season record down to 19-13. As for Hamilton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 24-7.

As of now, neither Mountain View nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
