Football Recap: Worth County/Northeast Nodaway Skates Past South Holt with Ease

Worth County/Northeast Nodaway never let their opponents score on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 56-0 victory over the South Holt Knights. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won four in a row.

Worth County/Northeast Nodaway's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Ryder Smyser refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself. Wyatt Hill got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory got Worth County/Northeast Nodaway back to even at 1-1. As for South Holt, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.
