Basketball Recap: Burlington Takes a Loss

Burlington lost against Iowa City West back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Burlington Grayhounds were dealt an 87-41 loss at the hands of the Iowa City West Trojans.

Burlington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Iowa City West, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Burlington will square off against Keokuk at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Iowa City West, they will face off against Cedar Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Iowa City West knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Cedar Falls likes a good challenge.
