Basketball Recap: Grundy Falls Short of Chilhowie in the Playoffs

Grundy and Chilhowie squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Grundy had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Chilhowie Warriors by a score of 61-59. If the Golden Wave were looking for revenge after losing 52-40 to them when the teams met back in December of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Grundy's defeat dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Chilhowie, their win bumped their record up to 14-10.

As of now, neither Grundy nor Chilhowie have any future games scheduled.
