Soccer Recap: Branford Takes a Loss

Branford lost against Cheshire back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hornets came up short against the Rams, falling 8-0.

Branford's loss dropped their record down to 3-7-1. As for Cheshire, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-4.

Coming up, Branford will be playing in front of their home fans against Sheehan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cheshire, they will head out to take on East Haven at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Cheshire will be up against East Haven's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.25 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
