Baseball Recap: Pacific Takes a Loss

After flying high against Parkway West on Wednesday, Pacific came back down to earth. The Indians fell just short of the Rockwood Summit Falcons by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2021.

Pacific's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 18-4. As for Rockwood Summit, they are on a roll lately: they've won 20 of their last 24 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Pacific nor Rockwood Summit have any future games scheduled.
