After just one year at Michigan State University, Deyonta Davis is taking his game to the NBA.

At Muskegon



Dominant performer as a junior and senior, leading the Big Reds to a 52-2 record over those two years. Muskegon won Michigan's Class A state title in 2013-14 with a 29-0 record. Davis averaged over 18 points and 16 rebounds per game as a senior in 2014-15 and was named the state's Mr. Basketball, but Muskegon came up short in its bid for back-to-back titles. 247Sports pegged him the No. 26 overall prospect in the 2015 class.

At Michigan State

Started 16 games for Spartans, who spent several weeks ranked No. 1. Averaged 7.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and nearly two blocked shots per game. Posted a season high 16 points to go along with seven rebounds and five blocked shots against Eastern Michigan in November.
