Baseball Recap: St. Michael Comes Up Short

After soaring to 16 runs the game before, St. Michael was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Hopi Bruins, falling 19-2. The Cardinals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bruins earlier this season, when they won 16-10.

St. Michael's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Hopi, their record is now 2-3.

Coming up, St. Michael will take on San Carlos at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hopi, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Greyhills Academy at 2:00 p.m. on the 17th.
