Colville won the last time they faced Lakeside and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Crimson Hawks blew past the Eagles 19-5. Considering the Crimson Hawks have won six games by more than eight runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Colville's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-6. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Lakeside, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Coming up, Colville will square off against Riverside at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rams have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.43 runs per game on average), something the Crimson Hawks will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lakeside, they will face off against Medical Lake at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cardinals have averaged an impressive 10.7 runs per game this season.
