Volleyball Recap: Edwards County Beats Hamilton County for Their Third Straight Win

Edwards County entered their tilt with Hamilton County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Foxes. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Thursday.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Edwards County got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 24-26, 25-23.

Edwards County's record now sits at 30-3. As for Hamilton County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Edwards County will take on Carmi-White County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hamilton County, they will square off against Benton at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
