Volleyball Recap: GEO Next Generation's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If GEO Next Generation was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Capitol on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the White Castle Bulldogs on Tuesday. The loss put an end to the Tigers' undefeated start to the season.

While GEO Next Generation ultimately came up short, they really made White Castle work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-17, 11-25, 25-16.

Having lost for the first time this season, GEO Next Generation fell to 2-1. As for White Castle, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. GEO Next Generation will venture away from home to take on Belaire at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for White Castle, they will head out to face off against Livonia at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
