San Juan Diego Catholic typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Central Texas Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They claimed a resounding 69-40 victory over the San Juan Diego Catholic Saints. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, San Juan Diego Catholic still got an impressive performance from Mateo Aceves, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards. The contest was Aceves' fifth in a row with at least ten points. Joaquin Montes also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Central Texas Christian and bumps their season record up to 10-4. As for San Juan Diego Catholic, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season.
