Football Game Preview: Oak Hill Red Devils vs. North Marion Huskies

The Oak Hill Red Devils will challenge the North Marion Huskies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Oak Hill has given up an average of 28.9 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Oak Hill is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 41 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Woodrow Wilson on Friday. They had to suffer through a 49-13 loss at the hands of the Flying Eagles.

Meanwhile, North Marion entered their tilt with Grafton on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 34-14 margin over the Bearcats. Given the Huskies' advantage in MaxPreps' West Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Bearcats are ranked 70th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

North Marion's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Oak Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
