Football Recap: Indian Springs Falls to Montclair in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Indian Springs unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Montclair Cavaliers by a score of 16-14 on Friday.

Even if they lost, Indian Springs' defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Kalel Hudson, Pablo Escobar, and Terrence Padrilan, who each picked up one sack apiece. Indian Springs got some further help from Jeremiah Stovell: he made nine total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Indian Springs will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Silver Valley at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Montclair, they will square off against Walnut at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
