Basketball Recap: Meeker Cowboys vs. Aspen Skiers
Meeker was the 42-19 winner over Aspen when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Meeker Cowboys took a 43-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aspen Skiers on Saturday. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Meeker lost, don't look at Addie Knowles. Despite the final result, she posted 11 points along with eight boards and four steals. Knowles continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

As for Aspen, they will venture away from home to challenge Steamboat Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
