Soccer Recap: Forest Hill Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Forest Hill was not quite American Heritage's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the American Heritage Stallions. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 359th, while the Stallions are ranked 106th).

Forest Hill dropped their record down to 3-7-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for American Heritage, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Forest Hill will challenge Palm Beach Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for American Heritage, they will face off against Benjamin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
