Football Game Recap: Freeman vs. Glen Allen

The last time they met, Glen Allen were the 21-17 winner over Freeman. This time around? They had no such luck. Glen Allen had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it on Friday as the squad lost 32-33 to Freeman. The loss was a vexing one since Glen Allen were expected to win based on their state ranking.

The defeat dropped Glen Allen's record to 3-2. The win bumped Freeman's record up to 4-2.

Glen Allen will be playing at home against Thomas Jefferson at at 4:00 PM next week. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. As for Freeman, they will face off against Deep Run. Both of those teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous games.
