Soccer Recap: Northridge Comes Up Short

Northridge lost against Bountiful back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Northridge Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bountiful RedHawks.

Northridge's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Bountiful, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northridge is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Box Elder at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northridge is facing Box Elder at the right time seeing as Box Elder is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Bountiful, they will square off against Viewmont at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
