Basketball Game Preview: Wilson Warriors vs. Central Wildcats + How To Watch

Wilson is 0-10 against Central since January of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Warriors are taking a road trip to square off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Wilson turned things around against St. John Paul II on Saturday. They strolled past the Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 56-42.

Meanwhile, Central hadn't done well against Brooks recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. It was close, but the Wildcats ultimately received the gift of a 60-57 victory from a begrudging Wildcats squad.

Central's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Wilson, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Wilson came up short against Central in their previous meeting back in January, falling 69-63. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
