Basketball Recap: Dillon Mullins' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Washburn over Claiborne + How To Watch

Washburn lost against Claiborne back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates took a 62-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

Washburn lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dillon Mullins, who posted 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Kincaid, who put up 13 points.

Washburn's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Claiborne, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

Looking ahead, Washburn will take on Apostolic Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Claiborne has already played their next matchup (against Hancock County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
