Chatham Central has gone 9-1 against Jordan-Matthews recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Chatham Central Bears will look to defend their home court against the Jordan-Matthews Jets at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Reid Albright was his usual excellent self, going 10-for-13 en route to 25 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 43 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Brennen Oldham, who went 7-for-16 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds.
Chatham Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in nine consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Jordan-Matthews was able to grind out a solid victory over Graham on Friday, taking the game 61-49. The Jets haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Jordan-Matthews found their leader in sophomore Zaeon Auguste, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 18 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Auguste has scored all season. Kamarie Hadley was another key player, putting up 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Chatham Central has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points over those games. As for Jordan-Matthews, their victory bumped their record up to 9-14.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Chatham Central has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 35.4 boards per game. However, it's not like Jordan-Matthews struggles in that department as they've been averaging 24.7 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Chatham Central beat Jordan-Matthews 68-59 when the teams last played on Wednesday. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Auguste, who went 7-for-11 to rack up 21 points.
