Baseball Game Preview: Daniel Lions vs. Easley Green Wave

The Daniel Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Easley Green Wave at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Daniel will be strutting in after a win while Easley will be coming in after a loss.

While Lions fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They walked away with an 11-7 victory over T.L. Hanna on Tuesday.

Spencer Conn was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024.

Meanwhile, Easley lost 18-3 to Blue Ridge on Monday.

Daniel came up short against Easley when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 5-0. Can Daniel avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
