Volleyball Recap: Indy Genesis HomeSchool Triumphs

Indy Genesis HomeSchool won the last time they faced Wabash Valley HomeSchool and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indy Genesis came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indy Genesis.

Finley Smith paced Indy Genesis HomeSchool's offense, picking up seven kills. Smith got some help from Aliyah Smithers and her 19 assists. Smith also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Alyvia Boyer, racking up three apiece.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Wabash Valley HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool has already played their next contest (against Tournament Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wabash Valley HomeSchool will be paying especially close attention to the Indy Genesis' matchup: after the Indy Genesis face off against Varsity Opponent, they'll take on Wabash Valley HomeSchool again at 7:30 p.m. on September 16.
