Ean Dillingham leads Stayton to victory over The Dalles

Recap: Stayton Eagles vs. The Dalles Riverhawks
The Stayton Eagles waltzed into their match Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They snuck past The Dalles with a 60-54 victory. For Stayton, this counts as revenge for the 36-34 loss The Dalles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.
Ean Dillingham was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. Those 19 points set a new season-high mark for him. Kaden Holm was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 14 rebounds and three blocks.
Stayton is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for The Dalles, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.
Stayton will head out on the road to face off against Molalla at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Molalla is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. The Dalles will take on North Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
