Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Howard walked away with it. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Hagerstown Hubs on Saturday. The Lions' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Mckenna Brown paced Howard's offense, picking up 18 kills. Brown got some help from Imagine Peltier and her 43 assists. Peltier was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

North Hagerstown lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Zalikah Pabalan, who had 19 digs and one assist. Another player making a difference was Lauren Ly, who had 24 assists and five digs.

Howard's win bumped their record up to 25-0. As for North Hagerstown, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 19-1.

As of now, neither Howard nor the Hubs have any future games scheduled.
