Basketball Recap: Burns Sci-Tech Comes Up Short

Burns Sci-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 55-50 heartbreaker at the hands of the First Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-43 last Thursday.

Burns Sci-Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for First Baptist Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Burns Sci-Tech will host City of Life Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. First Baptist Christian Academy has already played their next match (against Warner Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
