Soccer Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe lost to Edgerton back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cheesemakers came up short against the Crimson Tide, falling 4-0.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Edgerton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6-1.

Looking ahead, Monroe will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Beloit Memorial at 6:00 p.m. Monroe will be up against Beloit Memorial's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.6 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Edgerton, they will head out to challenge Deerfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
