Matteo Tarca Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Burroughs got the W thanks in part to Matteo Tarca playing the best football he has all season. Tarca rushed for 334 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

The win was the fourth in a row for Burbank, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Laporte and Burbank will welcome Crescenta Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Leonidas Grant Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Leonidas Grant posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 119 yards and four touchdowns on only ten carries. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.2 rushing touchdowns per game.
