Soccer Recap: Janesville's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Janesville put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Janesville's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last seven contests.

Janesville's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those four games. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-14-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Janesville will venture away from home to take on Urbandale on Friday. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they will head out to square off against North Fayette Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
