Basketball Recap: Armada Gets the Win

Armada won the last time they faced Romeo and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Armada Tigers escaped with a win against the Romeo Bulldogs by the margin of a single free throw, 46-45. The 46-point effort marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Armada pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Romeo, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Armada will challenge Croswell-Lexington at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Croswell-Lexington will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Armada surely won't give up without a fight. As for Romeo, they will take on Grosse Pointe North at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
