Baseball Recap: Carbon Find Success

Carbon was handed a ten-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They skirted past the Delta Rabbits 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Dinos in their matchups with the Rabbits: they've now won eight in a row.

Carbon's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Maddex Willson, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Those two hits gave Willson a new career-high.

Carbon's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Delta, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Carbon is set to square off against their familiar foe Richfield at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Delta will take on rival Emery at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
