 Holy Name is 8-1-1 against Valley Forge since April of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Holy Name Green Wave will be playing in front of their home fans against the Valley Forge Patriots at 4:30  p.m. Holy Name will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last.

 Holy Name got a great performance from  Dom Marchetta as he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits over five innings pitched. Marchetta has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Mikey Tworzydlo was  incredible,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Joey Ragone, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Holy Name's victory  ended  a  nine-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 2-10. As for Valley Forge, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with that  defeat, which was their sixth straight  at home dating back to last season.
