Prospect Hill Academy lost against Pioneer Charter School of Science II two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Prospect Hill Academy took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pioneer Charter School of Science II.

Prospect Hill Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Pioneer Charter School of Science II work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 16-25, 25-18, 25-19.

Pioneer Charter School of Science II's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Valeria Pineda, who had 25 digs. Those 25 digs gave Pineda a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoe Hannon, who had 18 digs.

Prospect Hill Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Pioneer Charter School of Science II, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1.
