Soccer Recap: Pebblebrook Takes a Loss

Pebblebrook fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Osborne on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 5-4. Even if Pebblebrook couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

They hit Osborne with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jennifer Martinez (2), Ashandy Galeana, and Itzayana Cardenas.

Pebblebrook dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Osborne, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Pebblebrook has already played their next game, a 4-2 victory against Hiram on the 12th. As for Osborne, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-0 defeat against Harrison on the 14th.
