It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Millbrook ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 65-64 win over the Leesville Road Pride. Surprisingly, this marked the third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Millbrook's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Josh Conti led the charge by shooting 4-for-5 from long range and dropping a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards. What's more, Conti also posted an 80% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2025. Matt Kuppinen was another key player, going 7-for-11 to rack up 18 points.

Millbrook is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.5 points over those games. As for Leesville Road, they moved to 21-5 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Millbrook nor the Pride have any future games scheduled.
