Basketball Recap: DJ Gregory Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat South Baldwin Christian Academy

Full Life Christian Academy proved they can win big on Monday (they won by 38) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-40 win over the South Baldwin Christian Academy Knights. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Full Life Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but DJ Gregory led the charge by going 8-for-11 en route to 17 points. Colton Senseny was another key player, putting up 12 points and six boards.

Full Life Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for South Baldwin Christian Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Full Life Christian Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Oak Park Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 4. As for South Baldwin Christian Academy, they will challenge Aletheia Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
