Football Recap: Strong Effort on D from Jaquez Pearson and Caiden Ivey Leads Bullock County over Park Crossing + How To Watch

Bullock County won the last time they faced Park Crossing, and Tyekelis Wallace did his part to make sure it happened again. The Hornets took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 28-0 win over the Thunderbirds thanks in part to Wallace, who rushed for 276 yards and four scores on only 12 carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.

Bullock County has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points this season. As for Park Crossing, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Bullock County and Park Crossing will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hornets are set to challenge their familiar foe Saint James at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Park Crossing will take on rival Stanhope Elmore at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
