Rock Bridge barely beat Hannibal the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bruins blew past the Pirates 3-0 on Thursday. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 26-24, 28-26.

Alyssa Boehmer paced Rock Bridge's offense, picking up ten kills. Boehmer got some help from Emery Allen and her 27 assists. Allie Luetkemeyer controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
