Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Ankeny Centennial's 12th in Last 14 Outings

Ankeny Centennial won the last time they faced Waukee and Mya Lei Butters did her part to make sure it happened again. The Jaguars walked away with a 3-1 win over the Warriors on Tuesday with plenty of help from Lei Butters, who had ten digs and seven assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Ankeny Centennial had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-21, 25-22, 25-12.

Ankeny Centennial has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Waukee, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4.
