Basketball Recap: Blair-Taylor Snags Ninth Victory in Last 12 Games

Whitehall typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Blair-Taylor proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Whitehall Norse by a score of 43-31. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Norse back in November of 2024, they had to take a 64-58 loss.

Blair-Taylor has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points per game. As for Whitehall, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6.

Blair-Taylor won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Alma Center Lincoln at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Alma Center Lincoln has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with eight straight losses, while Blair-Taylor will come in with three straight victories. As for Whitehall, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against Osseo-Fairchild at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
