Basketball Recap: Boswell Takes a Loss

Boswell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 76-54 to the Lake Ridge Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 76-35 back in January.

Leading Lake Ridge to victory were Abisayo Gbakinro and Shaqir Pack. Gbakinro almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds, while Pack went 6-for-9 on his way to 15 points and seven boards. The dominant performance gave Gbakinro a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Roman Dulin, who posted nine points.

Boswell's loss dropped their record down to 15-18. As for Lake Ridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 22 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 32-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Boswell nor Lake Ridge have any future games scheduled.
