Mishawaka waltzed into their contest on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came out on top against the South Bend Riley Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cavemen also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2021.

Ellie Adams paced Mishawaka's offense, picking up 12 kills. Adams got some help from Cassie Creech and her 18 assists. Creech also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Morgan Ford, each putting up three.

Mishawaka's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for South Bend Riley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-23.

Mishawaka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Glenn on the 4th. As for South Bend Riley, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against South Bend Career Academy on the 4th.
