Soccer Recap: Rock Island Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rock Island fought the good fight in their overtime match against East Moline United on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. Rock Island haven't had much luck with East Moline United recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Rock Island's goal came courtesy of Lawson Zulu, who's now up to 12 this season.

Rock Island's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-2. As for East Moline United, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Rock Island will head out to face off against Galesburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Moline United, they will venture away from home to challenge Metamora at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
