Softball Recap: West Iredell Comes Up Short

West Iredell fell victim to North Lincoln and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 12-0 to the Knights. Having soared to a lofty 25 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

West Iredell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for North Lincoln, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2.

Looking ahead, North Lincoln will welcome West Caldwell at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Iredell will be paying especially close attention to the Knights' match: after the Knights faces off against the Warriors, they'll take on West Iredell again at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
