The Southside Tigers will face off against the Fountain Inn Fury at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Southside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.

Fountain Inn will be up against a hot Southside squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Southside blew past Laurens 5-1 last Thursday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Southside hit Laurens with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from JUAN ACOSTA (2), JULIAN HERRERA, OSCAR MOTA, and ANTHONEY BEDOLLA.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Fountain Inn was a bit more limited in their matchup last Thursday. They fell 2-0 to Wren. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Fury couldn't quite close it out.

Southside pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three games. As for Fountain Inn, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Southside took their victory against Fountain Inn in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. Does Southside have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fountain Inn turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
