Football Game Preview: Trezevant Bears vs. Bluff City Gray Wolves

The Trezevant Bears will head out on the road to take on the Bluff City Gray Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Trezevant was handed a 43-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 1-0 photo finish over Sheffield.

Meanwhile, Bluff City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering, falling 50-6. While losing is never fun, the Gray Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 334th, while the Phoenix are ranked 140th).

Bluff City's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Trezevant, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
