Volleyball Recap: Hoover Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hoover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Crescenta Valley Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Hoover took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-12, 28-26.

Hoover's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Crescenta Valley, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hoover will challenge Burbank at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crescenta Valley, they will take on La Canada at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
